We are teaming up with the Rainbow Rotary Club to have our annual Thanksgiving Holiday Food Drive on a special day and location!

It's all taking place at the Westward Look Wyndham Grand Resort & Spa, an historic Tucson property where old movie stars used to gather back in the day. Set on 100 acres in the foothills, this one-time ranch is a wonderful venue for our event and we will be hosted in the Gold Room, the resorts original restaurant space with wrap around terraces overlooking the pool. There will be fire pits to lounge at, cocktails to be had plus musical guests Katina Murphy, Tucson's LGBT Chorus Desert Voices and Ben Tully singing in the bar.

THE NEED
Southern Arizona ranks amongst the highest in the nation when it comes to food insecurity and hunger. It is estimated that 14% of overall households are struggling and in South Tucson the number grows to an astounding 50%!
The start of the holiday season is a time to remember our brothers and sisters, so please bring non-perishable food donations and HANG OUT WITH US on Saturday November 15th for a fabulous evening benefitting the Community Food Bank of Southern Arizona.​

WHAT IS A TABLE SPONSOR?
In the afternoon leading up to the event, we pre-stage donations from individuals, organizations and businesses that have signed up to be "Table Sponsors."
We stack food items they have contributed on tops of tables lit with LED candles and a sign recognizing their support. These tables become the centerpieces of the event decor!
IT'S SIMPLE TO DO
Just choose an item you wish to sponsor and then purchase them yourself or with the help of others.
It takes 150-200 items, depending on the size, to fill a table. Boxed foods like mashed Potatoes, Mac n Cheese or stuffing mix, canned goods like corn or beans or chili, toiletries . . .
