Unfortunately we have had to cancel our halloween event.
 

Sorry boys and ghouls but with just one week away from the event the owners of the Unicorn Zebra Hotel where our Halloween party was to take place advised me of changes to the terms and structure of the event, adding never discussed last minute restrictions and conditions that makes it impossible to proceed with the event as advertised.

 

Needless to say I am very disappointed and apologize to all who planned on attending.

 

To be clear, I gave them a detailed written plan based on our discussions which I went over with them line by line, met face to face with them multiple times, and they reviewed the website and facebook promotions that were based on our meetings. They agreed to all of it.

 

I do not think there was malice intent on their part, but If they had been forthright from the beginning I would never have gone forward with the event.

This is 100% on them. But like I told them, I am not going to promise people a cadillac and give them a chevy.
