With an attentive staff and fabulous rooftop terrace overlooking downtown Tucson, there is no place we'd rather call home than PLAYGROUND.

SOMETHING FOR EVERYONE
PLAYGROUND offers us three distinct areas so we can provide a variety of different experiences.

The SkyDeck offers unparalleled views of downtown and plenty of space for our theme parties, with lots of lounge furniture for chatting with friends. The downstairs Main Bar is air-conditioned with video monitors and sidewalk seating. The Patio Garden surrounds a big tree and is the quietest area, perfect for enjoying something off the Playground menu.

BUILDING A BETTER G3

We'll still host special G3's at other venues from time to time (like new hotel openings and our annual holiday "Fruitcake" party), but putting down roots at PLAYGROUND provides us the opportunity to better execute a more consistent, quality guest experience and better plan our events.

For ten years G3 has created events that have built social connections and opened doors for the LGBT+ community at more than 50 diverse venues around Tucson...

The SkyDeck

With views of downtown and historic Congress Hotel as a backdrop, the newly refurbished rooftop presents a relaxed cocktail party vibe, perfect for chilling with your mates and mingling.

Then around 8PM we will pick up the pace with a DJ spinning remixed classic dance hits.

The Main Bar

Air-conditioned with a sidewalk cafe-style outdoor space on Congress Street will become a colorful scene of live performances, music, drag, video and dancing depending on the month.
